Rosie and Princess Alex

Alex is our oldest granddaughter and very much a princess herself.  She has out grown the princess dresses, although she does still like to dress up.  She, like Isabel, loves Rosie.  Actually, Alex loves all animals of all types.  She is much like her mother in that respect.  The 'little girl' in Alex (she is almost 12 years old), still likes to play though.  Today she and her brother, Mackenzie, made a puppy tent.  They draped blankets from the backs of chairs and put Rosie's toys and blankets in there.  They climbed in themselves and tried to coax Rosie and their own pups, Gibbie and Chong into their lair.  The dogs really didn't care that much about participating in the puppy tent business but the kids insisted.

Later, I took some pictures of Alex with Rosie. 

Alex was being silly and making faces but they turned out cute.

I love my Alex.
She loves my Rosie and so do I.
