Super Rosie!!!

Do you ever think your pet is crazy?  Sometimes I wonder about Rosie.  Other than the fact that she goes into her running fits occasionally and she acts like a maniac when she is around other dogs, and she is scared of her own shadow, now she is barking at NOTHING.  She will sit on the back of the couch like a cat, look out the window and bark at nothing that we can see.  When we take her out, sometimes she will bark at the woods or a tree, nothing that we can see or hear.  Maybe she has special powers in her ginormous ears that alerts her to sounds that only she can hear. Maybe she can see things we can't. Maybe she knows things we don't. Certainly she can smell things we don't since she has her nose to the ground a good portion of the time we are outside.  Maybe she is Super Rosie!!!  I wish she would use her super powers to keep the cat away when we take her out to do her business.  Of course she would never do that. She loves the cat and would rather play with him than pee or poo.  She has her priorities. Tonight when I took her out there is a new cat in our yard.  Rosie was soooo excited.  This particular cat walked right up to Rosie so she was in cat/dog heaven.  She did not do her business though. Apparently her super powers do not extend to her attention span.

Maybe I'll make her a cape.  A pink one with a pretty 'R' on it....mmmm.

I love my Rosie, super powers and all.
